Kavita Patel has always been interested. She is the director and owner of a new architecture business in Nadiad, Gujarat. She pursued architecture because she thinks that observation leads to solutions. She found peace in being surrounded by literature, plants, and animals, which motivated her to pursue architecture as a career. She was inspired to launch her own company since she was born with the entrepreneurial gene and has always had the backing of her family.
In the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic, in January 2021, Kavita established her business with an emphasis on practical design that makes daily living more comfortable. She specializes in residential and commercial architecture, but her curiosity and desire to explore new things keep her open to the possibility of expanding her expertise in the future.
By integrating customers in the design process, Kavita hopes to help realize some of society’s aspirations, which fuels her enthusiasm for architecture and design. She thinks aesthetics are the icing on the cake and that her designs make her clients’ daily lives more comfortable. Her ability to take a client’s brief as a fantasy and turn it into a tale via her design is what makes her stand out from the competition.
For Kavita, starting a company amid a pandemic was a difficult undertaking. Her father taught her high moral values, and her grandfather instilled in her the belief that she should not follow where the path may lead, but go where there is no path and leave a trail. Kavita’s good listening skills, creative mind, and attention to detail make her unique as an entrepreneur.
Keshavam, Kavita’s first endeavor, is the one she is most passionate about. It might be challenging to design a home, but Kavita was able to meet her clients’ needs and deliver a space that they would consider “home.” Kavita was able to accomplish her goal because of her attention to detail and emphasis on user-friendly design.
Kavita has been attempting to include sustainable and green features into her designs since she thinks that the trend is moving towards this type of building. She feels that employing sustainable design practices is advantageous for both the environment and the inhabitants of the structures.
