Challenge: Designing an office space that adheres to the rigorous standards of a LEED-Gold Certified Factory Facility

Nice Design & Interior (https://niceinterior.vn/) was tasked with the development of a 1,300 sqm office space for Sadesa, a leading entity in the tanning industry, located within its LEED-Gold certified manufacturing facility in the Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park in Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

The primary objective was to craft a contemporary, professional, functional, and sustainable office environment that aligns with Sadesa’s values while fostering collaboration and attracting top talent. We drew inspiration from client’s vision to create a design that emphasizes openness, flexibility, and connectivity. The office layout incorporates individual workstations optimized for concentration, collaborative areas designed to encourage cooperative activities, as well as dedicated rooms for meetings, medical needs, training, canteen and pantry facilities.

A Welcoming Reception with a Leather Manifesto Wall

The reception area serves as a pivotal entry point, establishing an impactful first impression. It features an imposing leather manifesto wall that pays homage to Sadesa’s expertise in the tanning sector. Extensive floor-to-ceiling glass walls facilitate an abundance of natural light, seamlessly integrated with a warm aesthetic achieved through a tactile combination of wood and leather furniture.

Multi-Functional Conference Room

The multi-functional conference room is designed to operate as both a meeting space and a showroom for Sadesa’s premium leather offerings. The design merges industrial sophistication with practicality, featuring high-end leather seating, a substantial wooden meeting table, and minimalist black cabinetry. These design choices underscore Sadesa’s craftsmanship and their unwavering dedication to quality and luxury.

Commitment to Sustainability with Eco-Friendly Materials

In line with client’s commitment to sustainable practices, Nice Design & Interior prioritized the incorporation of environmentally responsible materials throughout the project. This approach included the deployment of recycled wood, non-toxic finishes, and energy-efficient thermal insulation systems, effectively minimizing the environmental footprint and fostering a healthy workspace for Sadesa’s employees.

Infusing Sadesa’s Brand Identity into the Workspace

The design intricately weaves Sadesa’s brand identity into the physical environment through the use of logos, and motivational phrases prominently displayed on feature walls. A neutral gray and white color palette is complemented by elements of greenery, reflecting a connection to nature and innovation while infusing vibrancy into the environment. Curated artistic components enhance the aesthetic and luxurious atmosphere throughout the workspace.

Realizing Sadesa’s Vision with Cost Savings

With extensive experience and innovative construction methods, Nice Design & Interior completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule, realizing Sadesa’s vision and generating significant cost savings. The successful collaboration resulted in a modern, inspiring, and functional workspace for Sadesa’s employees to thrive.
