Whether you’re an established studio or a fresh voice in design, we want to share your story with our readers across the continent.

Why We Feature Your Work

We look for projects that stand out — those that bring fresh ideas, cultural depth, and meaningful innovation. From small urban spaces to large commercial projects, we highlight designs that make a real difference. Our focus is on authenticity, storytelling, and creativity that connects with people.

What Kind of Projects We Want

We’re looking for design work that:

  • Solves real challenges or addresses local context
  • Uses materials or technology in interesting ways
  • Reflects culture, craft, or community impact
  • Has a strong story or design concept behind it
  • Includes high-quality visuals and documentation

Whether you’re designing homes, hotels, offices, or experimental spaces — if your work has a story, we’d love to see it.

How to Submit Your Project

Please include all of the following in your submission to ensure quick review:

  1. High-quality photographs: Professionally shot images of your project in a single drive link (multiple links not accepted).
  2. Project write-up (around 800 words): Describe your project in your own words — the client’s brief, your design approach, inspiration, challenges, and what makes your project special.
  3. Fact file:
    • Project Name
    • Location
    • Total Area (m² or ft²)
    • Project Type (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Interior, etc.)
    • Design Firm Name
    • Lead Designer(s)
    • Photography Credits
    • Publication Status (if it has already been featured elsewhere)
  4. Designer Profile & Photo: A short bio (2–3 sentences) and a high-resolution photo of the designer or firm lead.
  5. Submission Rights: Confirm that your materials are original and that you grant DesignAsia Magazine the right to publish and edit your content in both print and digital formats.

Don’t Have a Full Write-Up?

If you don’t have a ready article, you can answer the following questions instead:

  • What was the client’s brief or main requirement?
  • What design style or philosophy guided you?
  • What were your inspirations and key concepts?
  • How did you approach spatial configuration and layout?
  • What materials or techniques did you use?
  • What challenges did you face during execution?
  • What’s your favourite design element?
  • What makes your project unique?

What Happens After You Submit

  • Our editorial team reviews all submissions based on originality and design quality.
  • Due to high volume, responses may take 2–6 weeks.
  • If your project is shortlisted, we’ll contact you for additional details and schedule your feature.
  • Selected projects may appear in print and/or digital editions.
  • Once published, please tag us on social media:

By submitting, you confirm that the information and images are original, accurate, and authorized for publication. You also grant Design Asia Magazine the right to publish and edit your content while giving full credit to you and your firm.
