Established in the bustling city of Kalyan (W), Maharashtra, NAKODA ARCHITECTS is more than just a firm – it’s a testament to resilience, passion, and the pursuit of dreams. My journey into the world of architecture began with a natural affinity for design, space, and color, nurtured by the guidance of insightful mentors and teachers.
From my early academic years to college, my fascination with architectural design only grew stronger. Encouraged by my teachers, I embarked on a path that would eventually lead me to pursue a degree in architecture. Armed with knowledge and a thirst for creativity, I ventured into the professional realm, honing my skills over five years of valuable experience.
In 2015, fueled by ambition and a desire for autonomy, I took the leap into freelancing. The freedom to explore my creative instincts and work on diverse projects was exhilarating. However, it was in 2019 that I took the boldest step of my career – establishing NAKODA ARCHITECTS as a testament to my vision and dedication.
Yet, just as our dreams began to take flight, fate dealt a cruel blow in the form of the 2020 lockdown. Overnight, everything I had worked for seemed at risk as the world grappled with unprecedented challenges. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced the harsh reality of financial strain and uncertainty. However, amid the chaos, a glimmer of hope emerged – the unwavering support of my clients.
The relationships I had nurtured over the years proved to be invaluable as my clients stood by me, offering unwavering support and trust even in the face of adversity. With their encouragement, four projects that had been in the pipeline before the lockdown swiftly resumed once restrictions eased. It was a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power of perseverance.
Throughout this rollercoaster ride of success and setbacks, I found solace in the unwavering support of my parents. Their belief in me, even during the darkest of times, served as a beacon of strength, reminding me of the importance of resilience and determination in the face of adversity.
Every setback became an opportunity for growth, every challenge a lesson in resilience. As we emerged from the tumult of 2020, we embraced a newfound sense of purpose and determination. With a renewed focus on innovation and efficiency, we have streamlined our processes, implementing automated systems to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Today, as I reflect on the journey that brought us to this point, I am filled with gratitude for the lessons learned, the challenges overcome, and the unwavering support of those who believed in our vision.
