As a person who is open to learning, I draw a lot of inspiration from the biographies or life stories of the achievers of the world as each of them have gone through different challenges and came up with unique solutions to overcome such challenges which has intrigued me each time and definitely inspired me to meet any and every challenge that I come across.

As a Leader of the group, absolute focus has been laid on brining new talents on board and maximizing their truest potentials. Robust internal audit programmers are headed by apex level committees comprising of department heads, vertical heads, HR and a legal team. Through constant monitoring, employee engagement programs and periodic meetings, the group makes sure that every employee excels at work. Gender equality and encouraging women workforce are the two major ethos followed by the group. Almost 50% of the group strength comprises of females and providing them a safe environment to work in is strictly taken care of.

The emphasis is on robust research and development with an endeavor to constantly push you out of the comfort zone and explore the unexplored. My father who is no more with us has been the true inspiration of my life. He was a self made man, who built up a mammoth business empire starting from absolute scratch. The manner in which he led his life, his conduct not only with his near and dear ones but all his employees whom he always considered as his own family has imbibed within me the true value of human relationships. It is for his understanding of the value of relationships both at a personal and professional sphere that I have been able to not only sustain the team and his vision but also enhance them. That’s been my foundation.
