As the food industry is growing by leaps and bounds, Rubjeet Singh Grover, a dynamic entrepreneur, fulfilled his dream of savoring the success in this industry with “Café Green, Amritsar”. A self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills, Rubjeet is the director of CSJS Group of companies, a renowned firm in Amritsar. He is a competent businessman who works with equal efficiency as an individual as with his team. He seeks new challenges every day and takes immense pleasure in thinking for the best innovative solutions for them. 

 

The Dynamic Entrepreneur, looks up to his father, who always encouraged him to do the best. He also shares gratitude for his mother, brother, wife and other family members for supporting and motivating him during every phase of life, after his father’s demise. Reflecting more about his dreams and future plans before commencing this venture, he shares that he used to dream big. He never went through struggles in his life; but describes himself as a determined person who never looks back once he decides to do something new. He made a big decision of taking his business to heights, and success has always been on his side.

 

He proclaims that everyone finds role models for the vital motivation, and he sees his father, S. Harinder Pal Singh, as his strongest inspiration and role model. He further adds, “My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give, that’s ‘He believed in me…’ “, avers Rubjeet. He admits that his father’s belief in him, is what inspires him to work harder to achieve his goals of life. 

 

On talking about struggles for venturing into ‘Café Green’, he simply says, “Life is a struggle”, and elaborated further, “When one desires for something badly, it transforms into one’s dream; and fulfilling that dream, can be referred to as one’s struggle.” Having a strong competition in the ever growing market, his family’s support helped him touch the heights of success. The path to success was not easy for him too, as for achieving one’s goals, one has to take risks; and for him money hadn’t been a risk factor, rather his family’s reputation was. After tremendous sleepless nights and introspecting his inner strengths while working out new plans, he finally put it all together to achieve his goals.

 

He says, “Availing new opportunities reflect one’s abilities and spotting an opportunity before it becomes a trend, is the wisest action”. Finding a new industry was hard for him; he did lots of market research and discussed every aspect with his family before taking any action. Once, he made up his mind to take the risk, he left no stone unturned to make his venture a howling success.

 

He has a unique personality, which can be witnessed from his adept communication skills that makes it easy for him to relate to others. He immensely enjoys learning new things and effortlessly seeks new opportunities. He adds, “I am not afraid of failure; in fact, I consider it as an essential part of the experimental process that takes you to the success….”.
