As an investment banker, Rahul Jain had a career that most people desire. But a well settled life and a high paying job was not enough for Rahul, who had the entrepreneurial dream of commencing his own business. His desire for imparting winds to his dream, made him switch his path of life. In 2007, he launched his business “Gulf Trade and Investment Business Services”, based out of Gurgaon, offering business investment, export-import services for organizations and businesses across the globe. 

With over 12 years of experience, his venture has made a significant impact in aiding businesses develop strategies for innovating and executing projects according to industry transitions. While reflecting about his services, the Financial Expert asserts, “I have been offering International trade services since 13 years and my expertise in import – export and Investment sector had played a game changing role for our business”.

He shares, “I am inspired by self decisive individuals who are courageous enough to follow their calling at times when most people don’t believe in their ideas”. He admits that every entrepreneur should work on their decisions which are consistent with their high standards of ethics.

At the same time he shares about the obstacles he faced in his journey so far.”It was not a cakewalk for me to accomplish things initially as the first steps are always arduous. You need to have a positive outlook towards problems and their solutions”, he confesses. Rahul adds that he faced troubles during his first order and answering extensive queries of customers was challenging. Taking a huge risk of leaving his well-settled job as an Investment banker in Dubai, he trusted his instincts and incepted his dream venture in an environment of uncertainties. 

 

His ‘go the distance’ approaches bestowed him with fruitful opportunities. “Expanding our finance services to reach businesses making them competitive in the era of industry transitions has accorded our business to stand apart. When asked about his USP as an entrepreneur, he smiles, “I carry a down to earth attitude while working with a ‘win-win’ approach. Abiding by business ethics, our focus is to provide solutions to any problems in Finance and Investment sector”.
