Ranjit Popat Shinde- Owner, Tiranga College of Animation & VFX

 

Ranjit Popat Shinde is a passionate entrepreneur, self motivated person, who left no stone unturned to succeed in his new venture. He credits his destiny for favoring him during every phase of establishing his business. Being from a family of farmers, he had to fight a lot to get acquainted with the business world.  But he never gave up on any task till date, and describes that due to the virtue of his character and culture, he has always been fortuned for meeting the right people at the right time in his business journey which brought him to these heights.

After establishing his IT firm ‘Sotinfology Pvt Ltd’, he got inclined  towards the potential of animation in the market in the near future, which prompted him to incept his new venture ‘Tiranga College of Animation & VFX’ at Baramati, a remote area in Pune, which envisions to create the awareness among the talented villagers and youth of farming community. Owing to his business skills, he launched another venture ‘Tripixal Studio’ to fetch 100% placement in the animation, with a vision of generating high employment ratio in the coming years and have also pipelined IAO certification that would be a milestone in imparting assistance to students who aspire to study abroad.

  Shedding a light on his interests during early age, he says “At the age of 10, I used to do business activities through various sports, which gave me the courage of leading among society. I became more confident in managing the event which later boosted my spirit of business”.

Looking up to many stalwarts of the business arena, he considers ‘Mr. Ratan Tata’ and ‘Mr. D.S. Kulkarni’ as his ideals. Recalling his initial business days, he mentions that encounters with some unprofessional businessman made me miss some great business opportunities which impeded the growth of my venture in the prime stage. But it’s his innovative attitude and his teams’ skills that invented the applied base CA office automation software, which unfortunately incurred huge loss due to legalization issues for two consecutive years despite their sincere efforts. 

Sacrificing and giving up the official right of his company wealth worth 2 crores in 2014-2016 had been the biggest risk for him.

He iterates further, “Being it my daily reading or the networking base we receive, aids us in expanding our business”.

The young entrepreneur, at the age of 28 years, with his innovative attitude, great patience and dynamic leadership qualities back him in becoming a unique person.
