Two years ago, fueled by a desire to manifest my unique vision and contribute to the industry in my own way, I took the leap to establish my architecture and interior firm, MSSV Architects and Design Studio, on April 9, 2022. From the very beginning of my career, my brother, Mr. Vikash Agrawal, has been a constant source of encouragement. Challenges and Learnings:
One of the initial struggles I faced was establishing and solidifying my firm’s presence in a competitive market. Building a clientele and earning trust required perseverance and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality results. On a personal level, juggling the demands of professional and personal life was another hurdle. Striking a healthy balance became crucial, and I learned to prioritize and delegate effectively. Every obstacle encountered has been an opportunity for growth and learning.
Essentials for Starting MSSV:
I pursued my graduation from Piloo Mody College of Architecture in Cuttack, Odisha, which is a five-year degree course right after my 12th standard. Before venturing into my own firm, I accumulated valuable experience working in renowned organizations like Abin Design Studio in Kolkata, CMSM Praxis in Bangalore, and Zachariah Consultants in Bangalore. These experiences exposed me to diverse projects, client interactions, and industry practices.

The decision to establish MSSV stemmed from a keen observation of the evolving needs in the market. Throughout my years of experience, I identified a growing demand for personalized and client-centric design solutions.
